Terms of Use

The following terms apply to every rental agreement with SP CARS.

  1. The renter received the vehicle in good condition and must return it in the same condition at the agreed place and time.

  2. The vehicle may be driven only by the renter and approved additional drivers named herein.

  3. Use of the vehicle for hire, towing, racing, or off-road driving is prohibited.

  4. The renter is liable for damage up to the excess of the selected coverage and fully liable for damage arising from breach of terms, driving under the influence, or gross negligence.

  5. Fines and administrative penalties incurred during the rental are borne by the renter.

  6. The vehicle is delivered with the fuel level noted on the check sheet and must be returned with the same level.

  7. The security deposit is held at pickup and released after the return inspection, provided there is no damage or shortage.

  8. In case of accident the renter must immediately notify the company and the authorities and must not admit liability to third parties.

  9. Any dispute is subject to the courts of the company's seat under Greek law.
